Found this over at Fast Company, by Donna Karlin. What is leadership? That question that really is being answered a thousand times across the global. What I liked about this post, was the little quiz. “Ask yourself this question….if you lost your title, position and power tomorrow, would others still support you and want to work with you?”
I truly love this question. We all know that leadership is not about the position. Simply put, leadership is more than the role we play, it is a life we lead! I remembering reading that somewhere – and I just can’t remember where – but it stuck with me.
