Since today is Thursday.. And we all need to think… Here are some points to ponder, think about and maybe start some discussion.
- Here is Arizona we have heard for years about how the VA hospital is failing our veterans. It is news just about everywhere. Let’s think about this one… We have every government employee – is going to use the VA healthcare system only… I bet it will not take long for the problem to get fixed or the program to get reformed or done away with. What do you think?
- As the continued cost increases and insurance companies dropping out of the ACA or Obamacare (for folks that like to pin a name to stuff). Let’s think about this one… Do we think it is time to finally do some reworking? The idea of healthcare for all is a good one – we are one of the full countries that don’t have it that way. But mandatory? I am not a fan of people telling me I should have healthcare and threatening me with penalties if I don’t have it. I spend over 4K per year – and have gone to the doctor – once in 4 years. My math – says that one visit has cost me 16K in premiums and 3K in services (as I did not meet – my deductible). – I would have 16K more for my retirement…
