Thursday’s Thoughts (Random)

Once a month, Thursday’s Thoughts will be devoted to just random thoughts. You know the ones that you just start wondering about while driving in your car, sitting at a restaurant waiting on your food or just people watching at the mall. It is always best to have your notebook and pen handy… If not, best the smartphone apps.

  • How many times is it appropriate to say, “what?”  Before you just stand there nodding and smiling because you still didn’t hear what they said?
  • Was learning cursive really necessary?
  • The other day, I was driving down the freeway during rush hour traffic. Isn’t great when everyone that is stuck in line works together to block the idiot that thinking changing lanes is going to make them go faster.
  • Bad decisions make for some really good stories… Go ahead, I bet you have at least one.
  • Sitting at the mall the other day, I had to wonder…
    • Do people look in the mirror before they leave the house?
    • There was no comb or brush in the house.
    • Just because it fits, you should wear it.
    • We definitely need to put our phones away. Way too many people walking into people, chairs, strollers and banking machines…

I will be keeping notes for next months random thoughts edition.
