Basic outline that I came up with –
Leading Individuals:
- Knowing your people
- Providing Direction
- Monitoring Work
- Developing your people
Managing Teams:
- Team goals and foundations of roles and responsibilities
- Team processes and procedures
- Monitoring tools
- Team development for longer term capabilities
